Good Samaritan Medical Center wants every patient to have a positive experience.  Sometimes, the hospital experience can be confusing for a patient and their families.  If you have a question, suggestion, compliment or complaint about any aspect of your care, we would appreciate hearing from you.  Your opinion is important to us. The information you provide assists us in evaluating and improving the care we deliver.

To reach our patient advocate, call 508-427-3214, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  After business hours or on weekends you may seek help by asking for the nursing supervisor.
