Good Samaritan Medical Center welcomes Joyce Prophete, MD

Joyce Prophete, MD joins OB-Gyn Staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center
 
Good Samaritan Medical Center is pleased to announce Joyce L. Prophete, MD, as the newest obstetrics and gynecology physician in Women’s Health Services. Her office is located at 830 Oak Street, Ste. 223E, Brockton, MA.
 
A resident of Sharon, MA, Dr. Prophete is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and takes a particular interest in women’s preventative health, high-risk prenatal care, menopause management, and menstrual disorders. In addition, she is a member of the American Board of Obesity Medicine with a focus on obesity management and how it pertains to women’s health. 
 
Dr. Prophete received her medical degree from the University of Medicine, New Jersey Medical School, Newark and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. 
 
Prior to joining Good Samaritan, Dr. Prophete held staff physician appointments at North Shore Medical Center, Salem Hospital, Salem, MA and at Lynn Community Health Center, Lynn, MA.
